Vasileios Mpikas is a Senior Officer (Fire Lieutenant Colonel ) of the Hellenic Fire Corps.

Graduate degree of the Hellenic Fire Academy – Officer’s Department

Graduate degree of the University of the Aegean, Department of Environment.

M.Sc. Oceanographer, Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Certified Expert Officer of the European Civil Protection Mechanism of the European Union.  Registered to General Secretariat of Civil Protection and the European Union in the field of Fire Safety and Environment.

Certified in the former National Certification Centre EKEPIS and now EOPPEP, since January 2003, with 25 years of teaching experience in Educational Private  Training Centers all over Greece, in environmental and fire safety issues of companies.

Seven (7) publications in International scientific journals, in the fields of his studies.
