STASINOPOULOS KONSTANTINOS

Holds an LLB from the Law School of National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and an LLM on Information Technology & Telecommunications Law from Strathclyde University, Glasgow. His research focuses on e-commerce law, fintech, data protection, intellectual property and new technologies law. He is a lawyer at the Supreme Court of Greece, a member of the Athens Bar Association, and a certified DPO Executive ISO/IEC 17024.

He specializes in e-commerce law, data protection law, copyright and new technologies. He has extensive experience both in consultancy as well as in litigation on the fields of Information Technology & Telecommunications Law (Protection of Databases and Personal Data, Process of personal data online and offline, E-Contracting, Telecommunications and E-Communications Sector, E – Taxation, Fintech, Intellectual Property Law).

He has trained various executives of domestic and multinational companies at undergraduate and postgraduate level on topics such as: Legal and ethical issues related to e-business, business law, corporate law, governance, and corporate social responsibility.

He has been appointed as Data Protection Officer and offered his services to various public and private sector organizations, in Greece and Cyprus, while he has participated in various research projects on compliance with the rules of domestic law and European Union’s for digital economy, communications networks and of data protection.
