Nikolaos LOUKAS (C/DPO, PRINCE2/P): Privacy expert currently working as external DPO in private sector companies in Greece and abroad. Consultant in the area of EU GDPR implementation, development of methodologies for GDPR compliance, privacy by design, planning and conducting personal data protection professional training courses, development of Privacy-Infosec policies & controls and risk analysis studies. Founder of STREAMLINE Training & Consulting p.c. and founding member of DPO ACADEMY. He collaborates with DITE Magazine (Technology and Communication Law) published by NOMIKI VIVLIOTHIKI as well as with COSE magazine (Computers & Security) published by Elsevier in the field of personal data protection and systems security. He has more than 25 years of experience in designing, developing, managing, researching and providing consulting services in the field of communications networks, information systems, security management and data protection. He holds an MSc degree and a PhD degree from the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece. He is author of more than 30 papers published in international and national journals, magazines and conference proceedings.
