Ιpapanti Aivalioti brings over 30 years of frontline experience in luxury hospitality, having held roles ranging from Rooms Division and F&B to General Manager and Director of Operations at major hotel properties in Kos, Rhodes, Santorini, and Crete. She has a deep understanding of team dynamics, has managed complex operations, and has led organizations to service excellence and international recognition, with an approach that seamlessly integrates strategy, people, and results.
Currently, she is a PhD candidate in Business Administration & Tourism at the Hellenic Mediterranean University (ELMEPA) in Heraklion, Crete, where she also contributes as an academic assistant. In parallel, she lectures at Metropolitan College (International Hospitality & Tourism Management) and ISAEK Grand (MBA in Hospitality & Tourism Management), cultivating the next generation of leaders through experiential, hands-on learning.
As a Business Mentor & Success Coach, she designs and delivers fully tailor-made in-house training programs that address the real needs of each organization.
