DESCRIPTION:Training Overview \nCBAM is moving from reporting to financial impact. \nFrom 1 January 2026\, companies importing CBAM goods into the EU will be required not only to report embedded emissions\, but also to purchase and surrender CBAM certificates. This shift transforms CBAM from a regulatory obligation into a direct cost and competitiveness issue. \nThis practical training\, part of the “GHG Emissions Training” series\, provides a clear and structured understanding of: \n\nThe regulatory framework and scope of CBAM\nReporting obligations\nFinancial implications from 2026 onward on imports\, pricing and margins\nVerification requirements and compliance procedures\nStrategic implications for procurement and trade\n\nThrough real examples and applied exercises\, participants will develop hands-on skills in emissions calculation\, compliance planning and risk mitigation strategies. \nThe training focuses not only on regulatory understanding\, but also on operational and financial readiness. \nCBAM is no longer just an environmental compliance topic.
